The Community Foundation is currently seeking applicants for the position of Donor Services Administrator.  This role has two distinct responsibilities. First, they are the primary lead on entering gifts into our database and creating weekly acknowledgement letters for donors. Second, they manage all aspects of the Foundation’s scholarship program, including our online scholarship application system, working with school districts to publicize our opportunities, attending award ceremonies to hand out certificates, processing payments to colleges, and more.

This position requires attention to detail, organization, and great people skills. We provide ample training for our operational software, but expect candidates to already be comfortable with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with generous benefits.
