Save the date! Sunday, October 19 at 3 p.m., Jimmy Fortune, former member of the Statler Brothers will present a concert along with Illusionist John Robertson and family at Richland High School Performing Arts Center, in memory of Kiersten A. Robertson.

Kiersten A. Robertson is the daughter of John and Kerry Robertson and the sister of John Ross Robertson of Richland, PA. Kiersten was a senior at the Richland High School and a member of Moxham Church of the Brethren; Kiersten had a strong belief in God and Christ and always lived by these words: “Life is best danced to the song of your heart.”

A memorial scholarship fund was set up through the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies and the Richland High School Theater Boosters. This concert is being held to raise money for the funds, so that scholarships can continue to be given in her name, allowing her to be honored and remembered.

Jimmy Fortune will present a concert in loving memory of Richland student Kiersten A. Robertson. Although The Statler Brothers parked the bus and retired for good, former member Jimmy Fortune is still finding success as a solo artist with his recent Christian Country national number one hit, “In God We Trust.” Join us with the Jimmy Fortune Trio.  All proceeds will benefit the Kiersten A. Robertson Memorial Scholarships.
