To support entrepreneurship among young people by providing grants to individuals aged 16-22 who have viable businesses that have achieved at least proof-of-concept and with which they want to work full-time.

To support members of the Skating Club of Johnstown through scholarships, equipment purchases, fees, costs associated with skating competitions, and other activities.

To preserve the history, tradition, and cultural values of the Johnstown community by restoring the Roxbury Bandshell to its original beauty.
To construct a rink for the purpose of playing hockey in the City of Johnstown.
To be directed to the Family Kitchen to have meals provided on weekends and to provide for operation on weekends. As a contingent, the fund may also provide support to area food pantries and the Food Bank.
