To support the effort of the donors in creating a healthy and empowered community by promoting scholarship, partnerships, and health in the Greater Johnstown region and beyond.
To provide an endowment that will benefit primarily the Vintondale AMD&ART Park Treatment System and secondarily the immediately adjacent wetlands.
To develop infrastructure and programs for the integration and expansion of performance art, visual art, fine art, and education in the arts.
To provide scholarships each year at Forest Hills High School until the total sum of the fund is expended.
To provide a scholarship to a graduating senior at Greater Johnstown High School, Richland Area High School, or Turkeyfoot Area High School who intends to pursue a career in electrical engineering.
