To support graduating seniors in Bedford County pursuing a post-secondary education at an accredited institution. The intent of the fund is to further the education of a young mind in developing valuable skills, either through a history major in college or a trade or vocational school utilizing and applying those talents in a profession dealing with preservation of American history.
