To provide a Greater Johnstown High School graduating senior with a scholarship to attend a two- or four-year post-secondary accredited institution of their choice. The recipient of the scholarship will be a student who shows fairness in dealing with peers, shows a willingness to serve others and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
