To provide an endowment which will create a scholarship to be distributed annually to a graduate of Portage Area High School who is pursuing an accredited post secondary education. This distribution shall continue annually for up to 4 consecutive years as long as the post-secondary school verifies that satisfactory progress is being made towards graduation.
