Samurai At the Horizon

Enjoy a horse expo and barn party with great food and live music – all for an important cause.
The Samurai Celebration raises money for the Samurai Project Fund, managed by the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies. Using highly trained Paso Fino horses, the Samurai Project provides equine therapy to United States veterans who suffer form post conflict trauma.
The program partners with the Veterans Leadership Program and R&S Paso Fino Stables in Somerset, PA.
Here’s the Samurai Celebration schedule:
9am – noon: Paso/Icelandic horse clinic, previous registration required.
1-2pm: “The Paso Experience,” Paso Fino Horse Expo
3-4pm: Farrier Demo LIVE Music
5-6:30pm: Argentinian BBQ
7-11pm: “Samurai Hoe Down”Barn Party with live auction
