The Community Foundation for the Alleghenies is partnering with IUP’s Small Business Development Center for this presentation of: Avoiding #MeToo in the Workplace.

Speakers Alan Blanco, Esq. & Sam Cordes, Esq. will:
– Discuss employers’ obligations to create a workplace free of illegal harassment and guidelines to limit liability.
– Convey definition of sexual harassment and range of behaviors that it may include.
– Discuss ways to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
– Evaluate case examples and illustrate the damage sexual harassment can do to workforce and business.

This event is open to professional wealth advisors, as part of our ongoing PLAN program – a network for professional wealth managers. The seminar is offered through the Indiana University of PA Center for Family Business.
