Juneteenth Celebration

Please join us on June 12th, 2022 at Central Park in Johnstown to celebrate Juneteenth along with the NAACP of Johnstown. Juneteenth celebrates the emancipation of African-American slaves occurring during the June-teens of 1865. The Johnstown celebration covers all the “teens” from June 12th through June 19th. The official Federal holiday is observed June 19th.
