Introduction to Proposal Writing

The Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Resource Library is hosting an online training session for nonprofits interested in learning about writing effective proposals or sharpening their skills to help their organization grow and find funding.

This class will provide an overview of how to write a standard project proposal to a foundation, including:

• The basic elements of a proposal
• The “do’s” and “don’ts” of writing and submitting a proposal
• How to follow up whether the answer is yes or no

This event is available at no cost (but registration is required) and is provided through the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies’ Nonprofit Resource Library.
