To provide support for charitable programs of Wildcat Select, including free events and camps, community outreach, community giveback, mentorship, and free in-season tutoring.
Wilfred Jr. and Karen (Carter) Brandon Scholarship Fund
To provide a deserving, African-American male or female student with financial support during their first and second years of college. This award will honor students who excel in the classroom, model admirable leadership, and serve their community. Eligible schools include Bishop McCort, Conemaugh Valley, Ferndale Area, Forest Hills, Greater Johnstown, Richland, and Westmont Hilltop.
William I. Plank Scholarship Fund
To suport an annual scholarship for an undergraduate college student in the field of environmental or conservation studies. Courses should be related to natural resources, soils, plants, animal science, agriculture, or forestry.
William L. Glosser Family Fund
To provide support for charitable and progressive projects in the Greater Johnstown Area.
William Obert Scholarship Fund
To provide scholarships to Bedford County students who are interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field and who intend to return to Bedford County upon graduation. Additionally, the fund supports other charitable efforts in Bedford County, including donations for equipment and program support to UPMC Bedford Memorial, scholarship support to the Allegany College of Maryland and Bedford County Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
William R. Lloyd, Jr. Scholarship Fund
To provide scholarship support for a graduating senior of a Somerset County public high school enrolled in an accredited college or university who intends to major in Government, Political Science, or Politics. This scholarship was endowed by former State Representative Bill Lloyd (D-Somerset) for the purpose of encouraging Somerset County students to pursue careers in public service.

To provide a $250 scholarship to a graduating senior at United High School.

To award an annual scholarship of $500.00 to a graduating senior of Windber Area High School.
Windber Area School District Edna Mae Ankeny Greathouse Scholarship Fund
To award an annual scholarship of $200.00 to a graduating senior of Windber Area High School.
Windber Area School District Estate of Edna Solomon Scholarship Fund
To provide an annual scholarship to a graduating senior of Windber Area High School, as chosen by the Superintendent of Schools.
Windber Area School District Estate of Helen Solomon Scholarship Fund
To provide an annual scholarship to a graduating senior of Windber Area High School, as chosen by the Superintendent of Schools.
Windber Area School District William & Harriet Hayes Memorial Scholarship Fund
To award two annual scholarships of $500.00 each to two graduating seniors at Windber Area High School.
Windber Borough Beautification Fund
The intent of this fund is to support efforts to enhance the attractiveness and comfort of Windber Borough for its citizens and visitors.
Windber Rambler Lettermen’s Club Fund

To provide support for people who are battling cancer and cancer research. The organization was founded over 15 years ago by Tina Honkus in memory of her mother, Evelyn Miller, who passed away from Pancreatic Cancer.

To provide weighted blankets and supportive care for infants experiencing drug/substance detoxification symptoms.
WWII Commemorative Committee Fund
For replacement of flags and maintenance and upkeep of the static display in Veterans Memorial Park located at the Jefferson Ave. Extension in Windber.
Y.S. and Y.W. Nam Scholarship Fund
To support Cambria County and Somerset County students who will attend a community college, post-secondary trade school or post-secondary vocational school, providing a continuous scholarship to continue at UPJ for no more than four years.
Yellow Creek Fly Fishing Fund
To provide support for the maintenance of the bridge and parking area, and basic operating expenses and taxes for the Yellow Creek Coalition.
YWCA Karen Kleinosky Scholarship Fund
To provide scholarship support for female students who have attended a high school located in Cambria or Somerset counties.
YWCA of Greater Johnstown Fund
To provide an endowment which will support the Greater Johnstown YWCA in its efforts to meet its mission.
