DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Community Foundation for the Alleghenies is partnering with IUP’s Small Business Development Center for this presentation of: Avoiding #MeToo in the Workplace. \nSpeakers Alan Blanco\, Esq. & Sam Cordes\, Esq. will:\n– Discuss employers’ obligations to create a workplace free of illegal harassment and guidelines to limit liability.\n– Convey definition of sexual harassment and range of behaviors that it may include.\n– Discuss ways to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.\n– Evaluate case examples and illustrate the damage sexual harassment can do to workforce and business. \nThis event is open to professional wealth advisors\, as part of our ongoing PLAN program – a network for professional wealth managers.
