DESCRIPTION:Have some FUN and join a community of people promoting active\, healthy lifestyles at Rec the Alleghenies Expo 2018! *RAIN OR SHINE!* \nThis outdoor expo will feature many different recreational groups from throughout the area; from Paintball to Yoga\, Horseback Riding to Running\, and Fitness to Dancing. \nGroups will have their crew ready to show you their equipment and techniques. This isn’t a brochure collecting kind of day – we want you to try out different activities and really find what interests you! \nBe prepared for great music and live demonstrations throughout the day that you are welcome to observe or join in on. \nThe event is free to attend.
