We are pleased to announce Amy Noon as our first operations and accounting associate.
In her role, Noon manages the Foundation’s human resources operations, IT troubleshooting, and internal policies and procedures. Additionally, she assists the Foundation’s accounting director with daily tasks, fund accounting, and financials, while also providing support to other accounting staff.
Noon has 24 years’ experience within the human resources and workforce development field. Prior to her position at CFA, she held the position of AVP Human Resource Officer at a local financial institution, working primarily with labor and employee relations. Additionally, she held various human resources and workplace development positions within multiple industries, including wholesale food, economic development, and nonprofit organizations.
In addition to her professional career, Noon has been very active in the Greater Johnstown community, volunteering and serving on the board of various local organizations. She has held various offices on the local Human Resource Association of the Alleghenies and has served on the boards of the YWCA, Healthcare First Credit Union, and the Cambria Somerset Health and Welfare Council. Noon currently serves on the board of the Richland Township Fire Department as their human resource advisor.
