 Become a Legacy Society Member
Demonstrating a desire to provide for the future of your community makes you a special person, which is why the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies has founded the Legacy Society. As part of the
"FOOTPRINTS " program, the Legacy Society honors those who have demonstrated a commitment to our region by including the Community Foundation in their will or estate plans.
Two wonderful things happen when you inform the Foundation of your plans. First, it affords us the opportunity to recognize your generosity. Second, it encourages others to consider doing the same. When you inform us of bequests, insurance policies, trusts and other planned gifts that benefit the community under the umbrella of the Community Foundation you may choose to be listed in Foundation publications or you may prefer to remain anonymous. As a member of the Legacy Society you will also receive periodic updates about the activities of the Foundation and will be invited to an informal luncheon to thank you for taking an active role in securing the future of our community.
There is a special satisfaction in knowing that your "FOOTPRINTS" efforts will make this corner of the world a better place and will last beyond your lifetime. If you have already included the Community Foundation in your estate plans or are considering doing so, please call us or return the following form to let us know of your intentions.
